Add photos to your membership profiles to help staff quickly confirm a member’s identity at check-in and ensure memberships are used by the right person.
You can add or update member photos directly in POS, with no need to cancel or recreate the membership.
How to add photos to a membership in POS
For new or existing memberships, staff can open the membership booking to add or update member photos as needed.
Make sure ROLLER has permission to access the camera on the POS device.
To add photos to a membership:
- Open the membership booking at POS.
- Select Add member photo from the banner.
- Select Click to take photo.
- Get the member to stand where the camera can clearly see them, and select Capture.
- Select Save to add the photo to the membership.
- When you've captured all the photos you need, select Done.
POS saves each photo directly to the member’s profile and makes it available for future visits. Once all required photos are added, the banner disappears automatically.
If any members are still missing photos, the banner remains visible so staff can complete them later.
Update an existing member photo
To update a member photo after the banner is gone:
- Open the membership booking at POS.
- Select the member photo icon.
- Open the Guest tab.
- Select Edit photo.
- Get the member to stand where the camera can clearly see them, and select Capture.
- Select Done to save your changes.
