3. Set up loyalty rules and rewards in Venue Manager
Configure your reward rules in Venue Manager so guests can start earning points and progress toward milestones. You can easily customize preset rules or create rules from scratch.

Once your rules are active, guests can begin earning immediately on qualifying purchases.
4. How guests join your beta program
Once loyalty rules are active, guests who subscribe to the venue mailing list in ROLLER enroll through an email invitation sent after a purchase online or at POS or after staff create a booking for them in Venue Manager.
Guests can also self-enroll in loyalty after an online checkout purchase via their online account.

5. Redeem rewards at POS
When guests unlock rewards, staff apply them during checkout. Guests can also redeem rewards during online checkout when signed in to their online account.
