Access the report
The permission Can access Analytics is required to view dashboards and reports. Administrator and manager system roles have this permission enabled by default.
- From Venue Manager go to Analytics > Reports.
- Search for and select New membership sales.
Interpret the visualization
- The report features a stacked bar graph showing daily new member acquisitions for different membership products.
- The vertical axis counts new members, while the horizontal axis lists the dates. Each bar represents a day’s total new memberships.
- The dates represent the day the membership product was purchased (sales date).
Analyze the graph for patterns such as sudden increases or decreases, which might reflect the impact of marketing efforts or seasonal changes. Understanding these trends allows for strategic adjustments to maximize membership sales.
Use the filters
The report includes several filters that allow you to refine the data displayed. You can combine multiple filters to narrow down the data to your specific needs.
- Select Filters at the top left of the report page to view and adjust filters.
- Review and understand the default filters currently applied.
- Modify the filters using drop-down menus, calendars, and entry fields.
- Remove filter values by selecting the X to the right of a selected item.
- Select Run to update the report with the new filters.
Filter adjustments are temporary, only visible to you, and revert to default when the report is reopened.

Purchase Date | The default setting is in the last 30 days. Select the drop-down menus to adjust the time to another timeframe, date or date range. |
Membership Status | Default is current members. Select the drop-down to choose from a range of membership statutes. |
Booking Location | Default includes all booking locations (sales channels). Select the drop-down to filter the data by one or more sales channels (ie Data import, Online checkout, POS or Venue Manager). |
