Pop-up messages in Venue Manager and POS only appear if Chrome is allowed to show them. Allow pop-ups so you don't miss alerts or file downloads such as CSV exports.
You can allow pop-ups for the ROLLER site only, or turn off Chrome's pop-up blocker for every site. Allowing the ROLLER site only is the safer option.
Allow pop-ups for the ROLLER site
On your computer, open Chrome and go to ROLLER.
In the address bar, select Pop-up blocked.
Select the link for the pop-up you want to see.
Select Always allow pop-ups and redirects from [site], then select Done.
Turn off Chrome's pop-up blocker for all sites
On your computer, open Chrome.
At the top right, select More > Settings.
Select Privacy and security > Site settings > Pop-ups and redirects.
Select Sites can send pop-ups and use redirects.
