You can send or resend an order confirmation email to guests through Venue Manager.
From Venue Manager, search for and select the guest's booking using their name or booking ID to open the booking details.
Select the options menu (3 dots) in the top-right corner and select Send confirmation email from the drop-down.
The Send booking confirmation pop-up opens. The Send to field is pre-filled with the booking holder's email if it was provided during the booking. You can edit this email or add additional addresses.
Select Send email.
A confirmation will appear once the email is sent, and the activity will be recorded in the bookings activity stream.
