This report provides a summary of cash variances by POS device and staff members exported as a PDF document.
What is this report used for?
This report lists all of the closed till sessions for a date/date range for each specific staff member, with the corresponding over/short on the till balance.
How does it work?
A pop up modal will appear once you select the report, prompting you to adjust the time frame of the report. The date filters available for this report are:
Today
Tomorrow
Yesterday
On - allows you to choose a specific date
Between - allows you to select a date range
Within the last ... - allows you to allocate a number of days, weeks or months
Once you're happy with the filters, select Download and a PDF file will be generated.
What data can you see?
The data is grouped by device name and staff member.
It also shows you the date and time stamp of when the till is closed and the amount of cash over/short upon cashing out the tills.
