Why can't I edit or refund a historical or expired booking?
When trying to refund or edit a past-dated booking, I receive an error. Why is that?
I am an Administrator but can't modify a historical booking due to an error. Why is that?

Solution
If you have the right permissions but you're still facing an error when attempting to edit or refund a past booking, it is because the booking modification settings need to be updated:
From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Account > Venue Settings
Select Unlock to make changes in the top right corner
Scroll down to the Bookings & inquiries section
Under Booking modifications, select an option that temporarily allows editing of the past-dated booking you're working on

Revert the setting to its original selection to restrict users from editing historical bookings again
