Solution
Yes, if your venue is using Cloud Printing and the POS setting Auto open cash drawer when payment is made (Cloud printing) is enabled. The cash drawer connects to and is controlled by the receipt printer.
If your venue is using ROLLER Connect printing (legacy) this is not available.
Another way to open the cash drawer is when a key is used to manually unlock the drawer.
