Get started with ROLLER Connect for Salesforce (on request)

Prev Next

ROLLER Connect for Salesforce is a native integration that connects ROLLER and Salesforce. It syncs your guest and booking data into Salesforce for CRM and marketing, and lets you manage group event sales from pipeline to confirmed booking, without switching between platforms.

The integration is available in two modules: ROLLER Connect – CRM and ROLLER Connect – Groups & Events. You can enable one or both depending on your needs.

Who it's for

ROLLER Connect for Salesforce is available to customers using Salesforce, on request. To get started, talk to your customer success manager or the support team.

Before you start

Make sure you have:

  • Your own Salesforce environment. The package installs into your organization's existing Salesforce org, and the ROLLER Training and Implementations team connects and configures it.

  • Sales Cloud licenses are required to use the Groups & Events tool. To check what your team needs, contact your customer success manager or the support team.

How ROLLER Connect for Salesforce works

ROLLER Connect – CRM syncs guest profiles, bookings, products, venues, and payments from ROLLER to Salesforce in near real-time. Every guest's visit history and total spend is available in Salesforce, making it easy to build segments, trigger lifecycle campaigns, and run re-engagement journeys.

ROLLER Connect – Groups & Events brings live ROLLER resource availability directly into Salesforce Opportunities. Check capacity, place provisional holds, build quotes, and collect payment without switching platforms. When a deal closes, the booking is automatically confirmed in ROLLER, a BEO is distributed to the relevant teams, and an inventory order list is generated from your recipes.

Support scope

What ROLLER can help with

The support team can help with anything integration-related — data not syncing, connection errors and unexpected behavior in the integration. Contact them if something isn't working as described in these guides.

What's outside our scope

ROLLER Connect for Salesforce is installed into your organization's existing Salesforce environment. Salesforce itself is outside ROLLER's support scope. Configuration, user permissions, page layouts, custom fields and anything else not related to the integration go to your Salesforce administrator or Salesforce support.

Where you're not sure which side the problem sits on, contact the support team and they'll help identify it.
