Operating hours let you set your venue’s open and close times once and apply them across product schedules. This reduces the number of schedules you need to manage and makes bulk updates fast and easy.
Operating hours also unlock the option to close online sales a set time before your venue closes for the day. See Create your session pass products for setup.
This guide will walk you through setting up and managing your operating hours, and once complete, you’ll be able to link product schedules to these hours.
What you can do
You can:
Set your standard hours (your usual weekly hours).
Add temporary hours (short-term changes, like holidays or closures).

FAQs
If my venue is always closed on Mondays, do I set this up in standard hours or temporary hours?
As this is part of your regular opening hours, set this up for your standard hours. You can always change this if you decide to open on Mondays one day in the future. Temporary hours are only for short-term adjustments to your standard hours.
Can I set my standard hours to open and close at different times for each day of the week?
Yes, you can set up different opening and closing times for each day of the week, and switch an open toggle to closed for any days you're not open.
Can I correct my operating hours if I make a mistake?
Yes. From the Operating hours view, select the existing standard hours card, make any changes, then save. Changes will take effect immediately.
Can I plan future changes to my standard operating hours?
Yes. Simply edit your existing standard hours and set the date when you want changes to take effect for all linked schedules. The schedules calendar updates to shows when the new operating hours will begin by highlighting them in a different color. You can also edit any planned future changes you have already set up.
Where do I set up special hours for a short period, for example school holidays, where I want to be open longer and have more sessions available?
You can set these short-term adjustments to your standard hours using temporary hours. Any schedules linked to your opening and closing times will automatically adjust the sessions that are available for guests to book (eg extend or reduce the number of sessions). You can also update your temporary hours if you change your mind.
