In this guide, you will learn about the requirements for using Linkly with ROLLER, as well as steps on how to obtain Linkly credentials.
What is Linkly?
Linkly is an EFTPOS software that allows ROLLER to integrate with a range of different bank's card terminals including ANZ, BankWest, Bendigo, CBA, First Data, NAB, St George, Suncorp and Westpac.
Linkly cannot be used for online payments.
Applying for Linkly credentials
If you choose to use Linkly, the integration will only work if you have compatible EFTPOS terminal models.
You will also need to:
- Inform your bank that you will be using Linkly. Your bank will need to confirm whether your current terminals are compatible, or whether they will need to supply new devices that are compatible.
- Ask your bank for unique Linkly credentials for each POS device that will be using the integration. So if you have 3 POS devices using the integration, we require 3 sets of unique Linkly credentials.
Normally your bank will only provide one set unless this is specifically asked for. It's very important to follow this step if you want to improve the reliability of this integration.
