ROLLER Connect for Salesforce is a native integration that connects ROLLER and Salesforce. It syncs your guest and booking data into Salesforce for CRM and marketing, and lets you manage group event sales from pipeline to confirmed booking, without switching between platforms.
The integration is available in two modules: ROLLER Connect – CRM and ROLLER Connect – Groups & Events. You can enable one or both depending on your needs.
Who it's for
ROLLER Connect for Salesforce is rolling out to customers migrating from BookNow to ROLLER, and is available to existing ROLLER customers on request.
If you're interested in learning more, contact your customer success manager or the support team.
How it works
ROLLER Connect – CRM syncs guest profiles, bookings, products, venues, and payments from ROLLER to Salesforce in near real-time. Every guest's visit history and total spend is available in Salesforce, making it easy to build segments, trigger lifecycle campaigns, and run re-engagement journeys.

ROLLER Connect – Groups & Events brings live ROLLER resource availability directly into Salesforce Opportunities. Check capacity, place provisional holds, build quotes, and collect payment without switching platforms. When a deal closes, the booking is automatically confirmed in ROLLER, a BEO is distributed to the relevant teams, and an inventory order list is generated from your recipes.
