There are a few reasons a discount code might not work:
It's been deleted.
It has run out of uses.
It is only valid for a certain product or specific products.
The discount code is only valid between certain dates.
To figure out why your discount code is not working, find your discount code and click Edit to check the Discount code settings.
Deleted/Out of uses
If you cannot find the discount code, it means that it has been deleted by a staff member.
It has run out of uses (eg you might have set it to be valid 3 times per person and they've already used it 3 times)
It is only valid for specific products
Under Discount Amount, check if the discount has been set to apply only to specific item(s) and adjust as necessary.
