If your online checkout will not load, shows a blank page or returns an error, work through the causes below in order. Each one has a quick check so you can find where the problem is.
A specific product shows an error or will not add
If the checkout loads but one product errors or is missing, the cause is usually that product's setup rather than the checkout itself. Check the matching guide:
Checkout error when adding a standard pass (covers the "technical error (409)" message)
Guests cannot get past the payment step
If guests reach the payment screen but cannot complete the booking, this is a payment configuration issue rather than a loading issue. See Why can't my guests move past card payment details in the online checkout?
The checkout page will not load for a guest
If the page is blank, slow or will not load at all, the cause is usually the guest's browser or network. Ask the guest to:
Use the latest version of Google Chrome.
Clear their browser cache and cookies, then reload the page.
Turn off browser extensions and ad blockers, which can block the scripts the checkout needs.
Try a different network or device if their connection is slow.
A checkout with no home page configured is not a fault. When no home page is set, the checkout opens on the product list instead.
ROLLER may be experiencing an outage
If the checkout is down for everyone, check the ROLLER status page at https://status.roller.app/ for any reported incident. You can subscribe there for updates. Once an incident is resolved, ask guests to clear their cache and cookies before trying again.
Still not working
If none of the above resolves it, contact your customer success manager or the support team with the checkout address, the device and browser used and a screenshot of the error.
