Access the Guest Attendance report
Go to the Guest Attendance report in Venue Manager.
This report tracks ticket redemptions at POS within a selected timeframe to help monitor guest attendance. It relies on staff accurately checking in or redeeming tickets at POS.
Access the Guest analytics dashboard
To access this dashboard, you'll need the Can access Analytics permission. This is enabled by default for administrator and manager system roles and any custom roles based on them.
- From Venue Manager, go to Analytics > Dashboards.
- Select Guest analytics.
- Check the filter to help you interpret what's shown correctly. By default, this dashboard displays guest visit data from the beginning of the year to the current date.
- To change the timeframe, select Visit date, then select the Update icon at the top right.
- Select View key terms at the top right for data and metrics explanations at the top right.
