Introduction
Viewing all products a guest has purchased over their lifetime helps you better understand their preferences and spending behavior. This insight supports more personalized upsell opportunities, makes it easy to confirm previous purchases and lets you quickly navigate to related bookings. It also gives you visibility into the guest’s lifetime value (LTV).
Solution
To view a listing of all products purchased by a specific guest, go to Guests in Venue Manager. From there, you can access the Items tab to generate information on all products purchased by that specific guest.
Steps
- From Venue Manager, go to Guests > All guests.
- Select the guest you want to see the purchase history for.
- Select the Items tab.
- A grid of purchased items is generated for the guest. You can also sort the information by selecting the column headers on the grid.
