Discounts by Booking report
The redemption dates in these reports reflect when memberships were redeemed (used) to purchase products. These dates may not match the actual booking (attendance) date.
Memberships Redemptions report
Use the Memberships Redemptions report to review high-level information on how many membership redemptions have been made for a date range (eg the month of July). You can also filter for a specific member's redemptions or redemptions for a specific membership product/ticket.
- From Venue Manager, go to Reports > All Reports.
- Search for and select the Membership Redemptions report.
- From the filters at the top of the table, you can:
- Enter the member's membership ID (ticket ID/item #) into the search field or choose a specific membership product/ticket variation from the Membership product drop-down filter.
- Choose a date or date range to report on.
- Select Apply.
- The results display in the table by membership redemption date.
- Summary data at the top of the table indicates the total members who have used their memberships (Members) and how many unique times they've redeemed their memberships (Redemptions) for the time period.
- Export the report by selecting the download icon at the top right of the page.
Discounts by booking report
For more in-depth membership redemption details, you can use the Discounts by Booking report. With this report you can identify information such as which discounted items a member purchased within a specific time period.
- From Venue Manager, go to Reports > All Reports.
- Search for the Discounts by Booking report, then select the report.
- From the filters at the top of the table, select a date range, a membership discount, enter a membership ID (ticket ID/item #) into the search bar, then select Apply filters.
- The results display in the table by redemption date, booking ID, and associated discounted products purchased.
- Summary data at the top of the table shows the total value of discounted sales (Sales) and the total value of discounts applied to products (Discounts) for the filters and time period selected.
- Right-click the table to select from more data to add to the table.
- To export the report, select the download icon at the top right of the page.
In all ROLLER reports, you can select the down-arrow next to the report title to save the current filters (Save new view) for quick access the next time you want to run the report. You can also set the view as the default view. Learn more
