Add-on feature
The Mobile Check-in app is a paid add-on feature to your plan. To subscribe, check you meet the eligibility requirements and then contact your customer success manager or the support team.
Installation Process
Uninstall all previous versions of the Mobile Check-in app on your device (if applicable)
Navigate to https://checkin.roller.app on your mobile check-in device's browser
Login with a staff account that has a role with at least POS Admin permission
A banner should appear prompting to install the application, tap this and follow any prompts to install the app to your device. Alternatively, typically you will find a more options button (3 vertical dots) to access browser settings at the top right, tap this and then "Install Application"
Next close the browser
Now open the MCI application via your home-screen, which will have a ROLLER logo
And now you're ready to Configure the Mobile Check-in app
