The dashboard shows data related to bookings that include the party package product type. If you don't sell parties using this product type, the dashboard will not display any data.

Review the metrics and data displayed in the dashboard, then refer to the table below to understand how they are defined and calculated.

A party booking is a booking that contains the party package product type. The dashboard displays data related to party bookings that took place (booking date) in the last 12 weeks (default timeframe). It only includes party bookings with fully paid, partially paid or pending booking statuses.

Filter the party booking timeframe
The default filter shows party bookings that have occurred in the last 12 weeks. However, you can change the timeframe to suit your requirements.
Use the Party booking date filter at the top left of the page to modify the default timeframe. You can choose from preset days and timeframes, or select specific dates and date ranges.
Remember to select the highlighted Update icon to refresh the data.

The next time you load the dashboard the default filters will return.

What is counted as a party booking in this dashboard?
A party booking is any booking that includes a party package.
What is party spend?
Party spend is the amount of money spent on party package base and additional tickets. It excludes any amounts for bundled party package stock and add-on items, and any other upsell products or items including in the party booking.
What is ancillary party spend?
Ancillary party spend is the amount of money spent on party package inclusions. These are the stock and add-on item products included in the party package.
What is additional party spend?
Additional party spend is the amount of money spent on booking items outside of the party package, but part of the same booking. These could include upsell items (eg decorations) or any other booking items added to the party booking.
