This changelog lists all fixes, improvements and product updates released in November 2025 across ROLLER. These updates relate to email control, payment links at POS, staff permissions, integrations and HQ management, as well as a wide range of stability and performance fixes.

Sell

HQ

Price rules can now be configured to display estimated savings by choosing a different date in online checkouts from within HQ products.

Memberships

  • Resolved a visual error where the membership status was incorrectly displaying for some memberships.

  • Resolved a visual error where the membership status was incorrectly displaying as active for some expired memberships.

Online accounts

  • Fixed an issue where guests could see gift cards in their online account when the gift card was purchased by the guest but for a different recipient.

  • Fixed an issue where online account phone numbers were being shortened, causing the guest not to be able to access their online account.

Online checkout

  • Added the ability to arrange the display order of variations, add-on variations and party inclusions in online checkout. 

  • Fixed a problem where some venues could not create new progressive checkouts.

  • Resolved a problem where the online checkout was failing to properly enforce minimum purchase limits.

  • Fixed an issue where the "From" price in online checkouts was not accounting for minimum purchase limits.

  • Resolved an issue where selecting the subtract quantity button was instead adding quantity.

  • Made optimizations to the auto scrolling behavior when selecting a product variation in the checkout and scrolling to the add-ons section.

  • Enhanced the checkout home page for products with long names.

  • For venues with a checkout that starts in a future month, the calendar now loads as expected, allowing you to select a date.

POS

  • Fixed an issue that prevented some operators from closing the till session.

  • Amusement Connect cashless cards now remain assigned on POS as expected.

  • POS folders now correctly contain products for HQ POS templates.

  • The membership expiration date no longer appears for indefinite recurring memberships.

  • Fixed an issue that caused incorrect subtotals to display on receipts.


Serve

Payment links

Added the ability to send payment links from POS to guests to request outstanding payment for their bookings.

Email

Added the ability for several ROLLER email templates to be disabled from delivery to guests.

Waivers

Added the ability for HQ venues to create waiver templates in ROLLER HQ, which can be added to their controlled venues.


Market

Memberships

  • Fixed an issue where if a membership was assigned to a waiver holder, the membership would only show against the booking holder’s profile in Venue Manager.

  • Fixed an issue where if a cart contained multiple products for multiple future dates, some membership discounts would not apply correctly.

Email

  • Fixed an issue where the itemized breakdown of products for a party package would not display on booking notification emails.

  • Fixed an issue where, after generating emails for partial payments, the follow-up or final payments for a booking would not trigger the expected emails to send.


Manage

Exports

PDF exports now support additional character sets (Chinese, Korean and Japanese).

Party summary

Fixed an issue where the party summary export was showing the wrong wristband allocation for future dates.

Reports

  • Addressed an issue causing delays in the reporting of new product sales data in the Revenue Recognition report.

  • The Trial Balance report no longer removes gift card deferred revenue when the booking with the gift card sale is canceled.

Product
Fixed an issue where tax % was showing in 1000s in the tax override dropdown.


Groups

Staff permissions

Added a new permission that controls whether staff can edit the resources assigned to products.

Memberships

Added the ability to define the discount name for display on POS for existing membership discounts within HQ managed products.


Integrations

API

  • Fixed an issue where disabled API keys may still allow usage of the key.

  • Fixed an issue that prevented creating unique names for API keys.

Cashless cards

Added a direct integration with Cashless Card System Sacoa, allowing Sacoa cards to be sold, reloaded and tracked at POS, keeping card balances and transactions automatically in sync. To learn more, see the guide ROLLER + Sacoa integration.

Channel management

  • Added a direct integration with OTA marketplace Trip.com, enabling centralized availability, booking data and reporting between the two platforms.

  • Added a direct integration with Google things to do, enabling venues to boost bookings and increase discoverability by publishing their experiences via Google’s platforms. To learn more, see the guide ROLLER + Google Things to do integration (coming soon!).
