Speed up guest check-in and reduce queues by displaying a QR code that links directly to your online waiver. Guests can scan the code on arrival to complete their waiver quickly and securely on their own device.
In this guide, you’ll learn how to access your waiver link, generate a QR code, add it to the ready-made sign template and download your sign for printing.
Turn your waiver link into a QR code
To generate a QR code, you’ll first need your waiver link.
From Venue Manager:
- Go to Documents > Waivers > Waiver details
- Select Get waivers link
- Highlight and copy your Online waivers link
- Paste the link into your browser
- Right-click anywhere on the page
- Select Create QR code for this page.
- Download the QR code image to your computer
You can now use this QR code for printed signs, stickers or posters throughout your venue.

Best practices for QR signage
- Recommended size: 2 feet x 3 feet for clear visibility in high-traffic areas.
- Place signs at entrances, queue areas and front desk counters
- Include clear instructions such as: Scan to complete your waiver before check-in
- Keep the QR code large and centred
- Leave white space around the code
- Avoid reflective surfaces
- Test the QR code before printing to confirm it opens the correct link
