With cloud printing, you have several options to tailor the layout and content of your receipts and tickets printed from POS according to your preferences and brand.
This includes options to add your own logo to the receipt, select a QR code or barcode and add your own promotional offers. And if you want to print itemized or master tickets from POS, you can also customize these templates.
This guide is for venues that print with cloud printing, which can customize receipt and ticket templates on all plans. If your POS prints with ROLLER Connect, your receipts and tickets print in a standard layout that you can't customize. To switch, see Get started with cloud printing.
Customize your receipts with cloud printing
Your venue must use cloud printing to customize receipts.
To customize:
From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Design > Receipt templates.
Select Receipt template.
Enter text, add images or turn options on or off.
Check the preview, then select Save.
Logo and image files: 512 pixels wide, max 1 MB. Black and white is recommended.

Customize your POS master or itemized tickets with cloud printing
POS prints itemized tickets, one for each pass, using the POS itemized ticket template. If Print master tickets is turned on in POS device settings, staff can choose a master ticket instead. It prints from the POS master ticket template.
For your ticket templates printed from POS:
From Venue Manager, go to Settings > Design > Ticket templates.
Select POS master ticket or POS itemized ticket.
Enter text, add images or turn options on or off.
Check the preview, then select Save.

The Master ticket and Itemized ticket templates on the same page are for tickets guests download from their confirmation email for both ROLLER Connect and cloud printing. Changing them doesn't change what POS prints. To learn more, see the guide Customize ticket templates.
We do not have customizable docket templates yet for cloud printing. Dockets clearly have the food items ordered as well as the name of its print station.
