Customize ticket templates

Prev Next

Create branded ticket templates that give guests all the information they need for a smooth arrival. These customizable PDFs are automatically included with booking confirmation emails and can be tailored to match your venue’s branding, tone and visit experience.

Custom printed tickets are only supported with cloud printing, not with ROLLER Connect. This applies only to ticket templates, not POS master or POS itemized tickets.

You can edit the ticket layout, update dynamic booking details and preview changes in real time — all from Venue Manager.

Ticket detail: Toggle elements such as ticket count, booking holder, validity period, purchase date, and arrival time. Update labels for these fields or hide them as needed.

Booking detail: Include or hide information like booking items, product information, and contact details. Add extra content such as venue website or custom messaging for guests.

Footer: Adjust the footer to display your venue’s location and override address formatting if needed.
