The permission Can access discount code settings controls whether staff can create, edit or archive discount codes. Use this to give trusted team members control over how discounts are configured and managed — without opening up unrelated product or pricing settings. This permission is automatically included in the administrator and manager system roles, and in any custom roles based on those.

ROLLER offers a few flexible discount options, so you can create discount codes that align with your business goals and appeal to your guests.

Percentage

Reduces the price by a specific percentage.

Example: A 15% off discount on all session passes. If a guest’s total is $100, they’ll pay $85 after the discount is applied.
Use it to: Reward guests for larger purchases or give them a meaningful price break across multiple items.
