What the report shows
Use the totals to see how many memberships you sold and how much they've been used, and the columns to see each member's details. Each row is one membership, so a booking with two memberships has two rows.

The totals at the top cover the date range and filters you select.
Total | What it shows |
|---|---|
Memberships | The number of memberships that match your date range and filters. |
Redemptions | The total of the Redemption Days column for those memberships. |
The columns show each membership.
Column | What it shows |
|---|---|
Transaction Date | The date and time the membership was bought, in your venue's time zone. |
Booking Id | The ID of the booking the membership was bought in. Select it to see a summary of the booking, then select Go to booking to open the full booking. |
Ticket Id | The membership's ticket ID. It tells apart memberships bought in the same booking. |
Product | The membership product bought. |
Members Name | The name on the membership ticket. If it's blank, the name from the waiver signed for the membership, or the booking holder's name. |
Members Email | The email address of the guest who made the booking. For a membership bought for someone else (eg a child), it's the booking holder's email. |
Status | The membership's status now, not when it was bought (eg Current or Terminated). |
Redemption Days | The number of different days the membership has been redeemed. |
Expiry Date | The date the membership expires. |
You can also add the Members DOB column. It shows the date of birth from the latest waiver signed for the membership. If there isn't one, it shows the date of birth in the booking holder's guest profile. To add a column, see the guide Filter, customize and download a report.
To learn what each status means, see the guide Membership status.

FAQs
Why isn't a membership in the report?
The date range uses Transaction Date, the date the membership was bought. Choose a range that covers when it was bought. The report also only includes products created as memberships, not season or annual passes set up as standard passes.
Does Status show the status when the membership was bought?
No. Status shows the membership's status now. To see when and how a membership's status changed, see the guide Membership Status Log report.
Does a member who visits twice in one day count twice?
No. Redemption Days counts the days a membership was redeemed, so two visits on the same day count as one.
