This guide explains the difference between master and itemized ticket templates, helping you decide which format suits your needs.
Your POS stations will print itemized tickets by default. If you'd like to print master tickets from POS, select the option to do so from each individual POS device settings.
Master ticket
The master ticket is a single PDF and comprises of the following:
Logo of the venue
Ticket instructions
Ticket details - product name, booking holder, validity, purchase date, arrival time and booking reference
QR code
Booking items, invoice and contact details
Venue name and address
Itemized ticket
The itemized ticket is a multiple page PDF (depending on the number of tickets purchased) and comprises of the following:
Logo of the venue
Ticket instructions
Numbering (eg Ticket 1 of 2)
Ticket details - product name, booking holder, validity, purchase date, arrival time and booking reference
QR code
Booking items, invoice and contact details
Venue name and address
